Mierlo / Poznań, 4th September 2017 – Consumers’ call for greater naturalness and healthier foods gets louder throughout all product categories. As a global consumer survey by natural colour solutions provider GNT shows, about half of all consumers will put products with artificial additives like colourants back on the shelf. Thus, manufacturers need to find ways to respond to these demands in order to stay competitive in the long term. At the same time, these alternatives must not have an impact on the appearance, taste or mouthfeel of the final products. At AgroProdMash, held in Moscow from 9-13 October, at stand 3D90, the GNT Group will show how to master this task with its EXBERRY® range of truly natural food colours.
